This site is very exciting. My goal is to grow my hair long and eventually get rid of my highlighted dry damaged hair. I know this will take awhile but I can do it! I have been wearing my hair up now for a few days and plan to leave it up for a month. Hopefully that helps. I can already tell my hair is softer. Today I am going to wash and do a vineagar rinse with camomile. I hope that helps too. Anyway, any suggestions or advise let me know.

We seem to have almost same hairtype!

One of the best advise is to try one new thing at the time, so you will know what works and what doesn't. Each head of hair is very individual, but often similar hair types like similar care.

Arcticles section is a great place to start, there are lot of advise for new members and about growing damaged hair.
