How can I get my hair like this?

I assume it's colored ash blonde. How would I get it to stay like that?

Now, do you mean 'stay like that' as in the hair itself staying in that position? Or did you mean the color?

I mean to get it to stay like that. Would I slick it back and hold it in place with tons of spray? Would I put it in a ponytail, spray it, and let it out?

I think if you wet your hair , applied some gel, & put it in a ponytail until it dried you could get that look.

Mine gets like this when it's a bit oily and I've worn it up the whole day and let it out in the evening!

But I guess that's not what you're loooking for :)

I believe the gel is an option, maybe aloe vera gel or shea butter. I don't like regular hair gels, they make my hair all sticky.

Don't wash it, work out and get sweaty, don't wash, pull it back and braid (or keep it braided during earlier activities). When you then remove your braid after 3 days, your hair will probably look like that.

It looks like it was damp and had mousse/gell applied to the front/sides...it was combed into a ponytail and allowed to dry that way. Let it down and don't comb it and the front and sides should stay back. I can see in the photo that there is some product on the hair...
