Back to old username, Petra?

Moderators-extraordinaire--I was the previous Petra on the boards and the email that my original username was linked to is long out of commission--it was an old one from my masters degree which they drop after you graduate. LisaJaney had mentioned it might be possible to drop the 7 so I could go back to the original name, and I think I would like to do that, if possible. It would be fine with me if you could merge them somehow?

No, I didn't do that. An admin must've. I had it down to "Petra.", and last night your posts were showing as written by "Petra." Today, now, they're showing WITHOUT the period. So that means they must've been able to merge the accounts (which it what it would have taken, and which is what I was incapable of doing -- because that task takes an admin)
