2 parts shea butter
1 part macadamia oil
2 parts conditioner or leave-in conditioner
I melt the shea and macadamia oil together, then when it cools I add the conditioner (I used Redken Smooth Down Butter Treat) If it starts to separate then freezing it seems to hold it together better, and after that you can store at room temperature.
This gives me extra conditioning and protection, with a light hold.
