Some very cool braids!!!

So, I'm looking at the Goldwell color site because I'm off to buy some demi color today...well, I clicked on the "products" page...and WOW! That is some really cool hair! Of course it's probably some photo trickery, but I can still appreciate it. I like the make up too.

Those are some pretty braids! It kind of reminds me of Pippi Longstocking, the red-headed girl who always wore her braids sticking straight out from the side of her head! :p

Click on here (http://www.goldwell-northamerica.com/site/products/color/)
Then click on any of the color lines (topchic, colorance, etc) and click on "view product looks" in the white box. It will pull up a box with a grid of pictures you can click on. Most are just of the different hair colors...but still..... :D

Yes! I used to use the Colorance Demi in blue black all the time when I lived in RI. I had a distributor who was easy to get to. Now that I moved back to Iowa and finally had time to go there, I have supplies again! The colorance is awesome because it's acid based and lasts a really long time in the hair. I loved the results I got with it too...a really pretty blue black. A true blue black.
I've been using Redkin shades eq and it's been making my hair feel like crap. I really think it's a huge part of why my hair kept tangling SOOOO flippin' bad! I've heard that it does have a drying effect on the hair as well. Also it tends to fade to a drab blackish plum. Not very shiny or pretty. Just okay.

Thanks goodness you can use it again. Now your hair will be free from that redkin and no more tangles. That deep black is my all time favorite and it looks so beautiful on you:flower:

Man...Now I remember just why I loved this stuff so much!!!

I have it on my head right now. The developer is water consistancy. You mix it up with the color which is creamy from a tube. You mix 2 parts developer to one part color. Well, I figured I'd need 6 oz of color so I mixed the whole tupe (2.1oz) to 4.2oz of developer. It's really liquidy when you apply it. Like Vo5 conditioner. You apply it to wet hair. Because it has sulphates in it, it foams a little. It spreads through the hair like magic!! I could have only used a half a tube. :) Smells nice too. :)

Apparently if I cleaned the house for an hour I would burn 342 calories. HA! Yeah right. lol Clean for an hour. hahahahhahahahahhaaa That's half a bollywood movie. Much more fun.

Haha So true!:D Mine said only 276 for an hour:( Maybe I will clean for 3 hours while watching bollywood movie:D but then I will get into it and forget all about cleaning:lol::p
