Last night, my soon to be 14 year old son told me my hair was so silky soft! I was floating on cloud 9 inside! I have been CO most of the time and Clarify once or twice a week. Today I Clarified, Conditioned with Suave Lilac and then did an ACV, combed and air dried, then ponytailed it while I worked for a couple hours today.

The compliment from my son was so sweet as he brushed my hair. Since it is so beautiful today I felt the urge to go get a few pics of my hair color outside. Here they are, enjoy! :D

what a lovely boy you have and he is quite right, your hair does look silky soft.

I never noticed you were growing an old colour out, looks really well blended.

Awww! What a truly wonderful and sweet compliment! And from a teenager, no less! :agree:

To me, that would definitely mean that I'm doing things right, both when it comes to hair care and to raising your son. Congratulations on the great result from both "jobs"! :flowers:

Thank you!

The other night, he flew up the steps in anger cuz I wouldn't let him roam the neighborhood with his buddies and he told me he hated me! :D I think he really, really loves me! :inlove: haha!

To be honest, other than CO, I've been ignoring my hair. It has grown so much since I had dd trim an inch and she took almost two. I have been bunning and braiding it for work. You know, the ignoring part seems to be paying off in length. I measured yesterday and I saw 23". *rubbing hands together squeeeeeeeealing* :p Can't wait to see what I've grown all summer! May forgo trim in May... :D

It looks great! I think our virgin color is very similar and I think we're at about the same place in the grow-out phase. Keep it up. I know how hard it can be sometimes.
