I'm using every trick in the book to fade/strip my too dark chemical dye before resorting to color oops. So far, it's working quite well. At least I discovered my hair loves ACV rinses & honey! :D

Your hair sounds like it would get along well with mine. He complains occasionally but usually just withdraws and refuses to function if something's annoying him, and then I have the hardest time figuring out what I did to offend him in the first place! Could you consider not pulling out your hair from your crown? I get that you don't like the texture but some of us can't help the way we grow. And just so you know, I've talked with brain and they agree that pulling us out doesn't fix your anxiety.

Also please contain us better before sleeping. You move around like you're fighting something! And consider brushing us carefully a little more often.
