I thought I'd post this for everyone. We can make this a thread of gloss recipes, too, if you want to. :smile:

Thanks Flaxen! I don't do henna but I sure enjoyed going back in time and reading the old LHL posts. How fun! I saw lots of familiar names and so many who have moved on but are remembered.

Isn't is fun to read those archives, Carolyn! :grin: If nothing else, this will be a way of saving that link. I have no idea how I would find those old discussions, otherwise. :lol:

I don't know if this counts as a gloss but I used my left over henna that I thawed out and mixed it with my left over coconut milk and applied it to my daughter's hair.I don't really know the results yet because It's still on her hair :)

Do you need to let the henna dye release before making the gloss? What would be the advantages/disadvantages? Richer color if dye released?
