Questions about monistat

Do u use the internal or external creme? I have read that the internal creme only contain 2%mn and vegtabale base oil. Does anyone actaully use the suppositories or the actually creme? Is 4 % actually better?

I love threads about Monistat. I would't use it personally, but I've heard 4% is best.
