6 month update

Hey guys!

I haven't been around for awhile, I had moved and have been pretty busy. But, not busy enough to keep up with my hair!

For the last 6 months I took up CO washing, deep conditioning treatments, cut down drastically on heat styling, and some S&D every now and then. I've also cut down on the dyes. I dyed it slightly darker in October, to help fade with my roots. I don't plan on touching anything for at least another 6 months! Just a goal to have no dye for an entire year, lol. Although by the time the next 6 months are up, I'm not sure I'll want to colour it.

The growth has remained at a stead .5 inch per month, so I've only gained 3 inches but it's SO much heathier! It just shines! I'm so happy.

I've decided I want to speed up this growth however, so I'm picking up on Monistat treatments starting tomorrow.

Your hair looks so healthy! 3 inches growth is perfectly normal for 6 months when you figure 1/2 inch each month. Happy growing!:cheese:

I'm pretty impressed with my ends, too. I've hair a bit longer than this before, but the ends were always ratty. So, it's never looked this nice at this length, I'm super excited!

Starts to make hair growing feel like not such a huge challenge!
