henna, indigo cassia shikakai and amla recipe

I have ordered henna, indigo cassia shikakai and amla I am planning on doing Henna and indigo to darken up my henna i have on right now. I know you can mix any of the last three with your mixture to gain their benefits. Do you feel it is better to use them seperately or together and does anyone have a recipe for all five combined? A one hit wonder. Or is it better to Wash hair with amla then dye with indigo/henna then 3 days later do cassia/shikakai for conditioning?

I use a 50/50 henna indigo mix with a tablespoon of alma which really darkens my hair. Wouldn't the cassia be counter productive? I would use it just as a conditioning treatment separately. Just my two cents, I am not an expert by any means. Smile! Good luck!
