I am going to Paris, France shortly and wonder whether anyone can recommend a good shop for hair toys?

The only French hair toys I've seen online are here: http://www.bijoux-manoel.com -- but I don't think she's in Paris. (Nor will she apparently ship overseas... Sigh...)

They might have some in Galeries Lafayette.

*Foams with jealousy* :p Enjoy Paris!

How lovely! Pity she doesn't ship overseas. :(

I bought some Bijoux Manoel items a few months ago, and she shipped them to Canada no problem. So she will ship overseas, unless there is some *really* new policy that I'm not aware of.

The website still says Bijoux Manoel will ship worldwide (I just checked). And I never saw any really fun hairtoys at Galerie Lafayette, but they might have added some since I've been.

I have not specifically looked for hairtoys at a certain shop, because I am new to this long-hair thing and just got it all cut, but I have found many very beautiful barrettes and hairpins at the open air markets, flea markets and in small boutiques just browsing around. I have even found some interesting African hair things at the vendors. My advice would to be go early in the morning though, because sometimes all the fun things get bought by the afternoons :) It is a great city to find unique hair toys if you have the patience to just browse!

Thanks everyone! I did find the website of Alexandre de Paris (http://www.alexandredeparis-accessories.com). Guessing they are a little out of my price range :). But I am definetely going to check out the flea markets. Thanks too for the advise on going early in the morning. When do the markets open usually?
