My latest hair pic

I haven't taken a pic since before I had it cut in early November. It's about 1-2" above my shoulders. I had it cut to remove the layers. Now it's all one length and I'm not going to cut it this year. I've been having a lot of bad hair days lately because of static. I have it this winter like never before! :( But I wanted to take a pic anyway.

I took this a few minutes ago. Excuse the crappy photo quality; I was standing by a window and it came out blurry and too bright. I tried to fix it.

Your layer pic is actually pretty amazing, I think, but then I don't dislike layers. I had them for ages. I got rid of mine too, though (august last year), and it's nearly all one length now, much easier for updos.

I hope you can continue to grow now, best of luck for 2009. I'm not cutting this year either, trying not to at least!

Lovely photos, Tap Dancer -- and your hair looks great (I can't see the static at all) and you are very pretty! We are quite close in our lengths right now. I posted some pics in an album today, too -- stop by when you have a sec. We should monitor our progress together, since our starting point without layers is pretty much the same.

Personally I much prefer the newer picture, your hair looks great, soft and pretty!

I think I'm soured on layers: trying to grow out bangs was such a nuisance and took about *forever*! Every braid or updo had shorter ends sticking out in all directions, arrrrrrrrgh! ;)

Wow, you are brave to cut off all those layers....wish I could do that. I am hating my layers. Well, they look ok when my hair is down but make updos a real PITA. I am not brave enough to cut to the shortest layer though! ;)
