progress pictures, one year on....finally

i have finally been able to work my camera phone and upload my photos of my hair that i took at the very start of the year. i have put a picture of my hair in january 2008, and now january 2009, a few days ago. I have given myself one feyes self trim method however it was a really micro micro trim, and have been doing search and destroy. i am pleased with the look and progress, especially when it has some braid waves (like it does in the picture). Looking at it now it doesnt look like its the same type of hair lol. I just wanted to share my progress pictures with you guys.

Thanks very much sissy, yeah i do think it has changed colour quite drastically, i have no idea why. It used to be more copper/auburn, but then i went on holiday when i was starting to grow my hair long and did lots of sunbathing with the top of my head exposed, so it made my hair really blonde/lighter on top and darker at the bottom, this was in february (when i went on holiday to mauritius so that probly contributed to the lighting), however i have not been in heavy sunlight (living in england) for about 10 months now, and it does appear to be changing colour dramatically now nearer the scalp. its got a mind of its own!!!

hey thanks very much. Yeah it does seem to have changed colour quite drastically, i think its a combination of the sun (when i went to mauritius last year) and also the light from the window. but my hair has definately changed colour from dark brown towards a more ashy colour. I havent used any dye or anything to change the colour, which seems quite surprising judging on how much it has changed colour
