Awesome!! My mom went gray in her early 20's and my dad barely had a gray hair on his head when he died at 52. I am thinking I may not get any for awhile :( I think gray hair is beautiful.

I've been trying to get pictures of my white hairs, but they're being shy. They are mostly in one spot (and getting long!), but there's one in my part that's as long as yours.
So cute, jojo!

I'd post but all of my grays are, ummm, *cough*, well-established, shall we say. Your hair has great shine, by the way! :)

Heeheee, they are cute. So far as I know I have only 3 white hairs. One of them I always pluck because it's a mutant freak... it so coarse and thick it looks like the kind of hair you see on a horse's tail... it also grows in a straight angle.

aww remember to share, they are hard to capture so I was chuffed they came out. The shine is from soapnuts btw!

Cool! Looks like the only gray is new growth so far? Or do you have two-toned hairs too?
cute.

no there all new growth I think. I have a thin streak in my right hand side at the front but can never capture them on camera. My dad was grey by his mid 40's and my mum has less than me now at 65! guess I take after my dad!

Sorry didn't get to veiw. Have to wait till I make 25 post. I love grey hair though. I got my first one at 19. I got so happy when I found it I had to pluk it out and tape it to paper but I lost it :(. I haven't got another one yet. I have my mothers hair. It goes grey young but it does take along time. Like my mom started at about mid 20 but is 48 now and only has 25% grey. It's a beautiful silver too.

Okay, I tried again. The problem* is that when I zoom in with my camera with the flash on all of my hairs look white because of the shine. But, here goes:

They are much more visible when looking in real life.
*-This is not so much a problem, per say. Shine is good!

Tricky to photograph, but here's some in their natural habitat, there's four of them going out from a central point. Nice thread BTW. :)

P.S. Just wanted to add that I've had success with someone's suggestion (sorry I forget who!) of putting a little tiny bit of shea butter on those wiry grays to get them to lay down flat!

I love my little greys! Some of them are getting quite long, actually. In the past year I've gotten a lot of them.
I think they're fun. I don't mind the prospect of grey. Of course I henna, and I'm worried about a time when my roots will show badly. I may have to stop henna then, because I only do my roots about every three months. Right now, it just looks totally natural. Grey hair in among red hair. The henna doesn't stick well to those things, nor does indigo, I notice.

So shiny, I will have to try soapnuts too!
The baby greys are adorable. This past year I have gotten a good bunch of silvers, some new babies, and others are previously brown hair that lost their color. Natural highlights! :D

They are cute Jojo :) And, your hair does look really shiny. I orderd some soapnuts, I can't wait to try them!
My new baby hairs on my sides in front of my ears, are coming in ringlets. I can see some curly white ones too. They are so cute, I took a pic, but the whites really didn't show up. Maybe I'll try again.
