View Full Version : One year at LHC (a week to late..) (progress pics..)

My hair is growing. Slowly, but not stalling as I've been thinking the last few months. :) This is no trimming since nov 2007, a few times S&D, but not as much as I should have.

I know I grew 7 cm from Jan to July, but I forgot to note what length that meant. :doh:But I think I was 60 cm when I started, and I'm now 72 cm, so I should have gained something like 5 cm since July. Not much, it's like two inches, but it is growing at least. :) I'm planing on trimming and maybe getting long bangs sometime during spring, I don't have the guts to cut those by myself.

My goal have been waist at midsummer, but with the trimming I'm not sure it will be possible. When I feel the hair it's longer from waist then the pictures suggest. Maybe in October? :)

Isn't it exciting to look back and see progress? :cheer: I don't have anything to look at, really, because my hair was nearly 38" long when I first took a "before" shot, LOL.

Thanx everyone. :) :flower: It's always nice to post here, everyone is so kind.. :)

I was hoping for more growth, for having almost straight hair, it's really on the downside of average, but at least it is growing, so I try not think about it. :) 12 cm is like 5 inches, and that in a whole year, without trimming..

The color is mostly my own, there are still some old highlights in and it's quite a bit sunbleached on the lengths, but since we only get like a couple of weeks of sunny summer here, I never protect it. I like the shifting colors it gives me, with dark blond at the scalp and underneath and golden blond in the lengths. If I do it right, I can make my ponytails appear striped. :rolleyes:
