new length picture!

Well here it is my new length picture at 26". My siggi picture was taken in November. Also my hair had just had a soapnut wash, my first!

well I started on whey protein drinks daily and also take
1 multi vitamin
3 kelp
1 calcium and magnesium
4 biotin (early days with these hope i dont get zits like last time)
1 omega 3
1 korean ginsing
1 folic acid

I do seem to grow quicker in winter too and I also oil my ends daily for protection. I am really pleased my hair has started growing again. My waist is only 4" away too which is brilliant!

The soapnuts are amazing for washing hair, I also put the soppy shells in a blender and use them as a face pack no waste!

thank you no I don't need to condition I just leave the juice on my head for say 5 minutes and then rinse off. I do put a little oil on the ends after though.

Oh thank you so much for your kind comments, i just dropped in for my daily fix of LHC.

For those of you thinking of trying soapnuts, they just get better with each wash Thank you Mellie for introducing me to them! I brewed them with some green tea today and it washed well. I wonder if tea on its own would clean hair? Im determined to go shampoo free this year, my hair has a lot less frizz with the soapnuts and you don't need no conditioner with them, though I do put a bit of oil on my ends still each day and after my wash apricot today which also feels fantastic not at all greasy funny how hair gets to love oil more and more as it grows. My ends also have no dryness since doing this.

Again i so appreciate all the kind words, it keeps me motivated!
