I'm not sure if this is old news or new news but just in case others did not realize this...
Sally's has a generic Conditioning Balm that is the equivalent of the Biolage product. What is new (I think) is that they now have the 2004 formula. The older version was the 1999 formula.
This 2004 formula is much thicker than before. I remember some people saying that the generic was thinner than the real Biolage product. But now with the updated formula you may want to give it another try.
Buyer Beware: Sally's had both versions selling on the shelves at the same time when I was there. So be sure to read the label to make sure you get the one you want! I wonder if they will keep offering both or if eventually they will only offer the newer one.
