Yet another new here

Hi! I've been reading for a short time and decided to join in a bit. I am in my 50's and have not had hair shorter than shoulder length since I was in my 20's.It is not really long now but I've decided to try to get it healthier and maybe grow it a few inches at the same time. So here I am looking for tips and reading,reading,reading. There is such a wealth of information here it is amazing. Thank you for having me!:)
