Hey there everyone! I thought it would be cool and a good way to envision what you want your hair length to be by doing it in pictures!

This is what you do: Just take a picture of your current hairstyle and then pick a couple more to fit what you want your hair length to be. I posted a few on here for you all to see what my goals are.

Looking forward to seeing yours! :)

Blessings

Wish I could find the picture. On an older Cirque du Soliel there is a woman with an ankle length braid and it is thick from top to bottom. It really inspired me with the way she wove ribbons and hair trinkets throughout. Can't for the life of me remember which one it is though, and for all I know it could've been a hair extension prop. Still, my next goal is an ankle length braid. A healthy one, mind you.

This is my own hair. I can't find any long hair pictures with my own hair type. 3a/b. I want this curl and 36". I think that's between waist and hip when pulled straight but not sure where it will be curly.

Isn't it frustrating yo have such a difference between curly and stretched? I keeo trying to calculate my goals, and how much more I need, and when I'll hit certain spots on my back- but I can't tell!!

Me too. I'm 3b/c and currently at 26". I want 35", which is tailbone for me when pulled straight.

Your hair is thicker than mine right now. I lost a lot of thickness after I had the baby. 15 months later, I have some 4" whisps. By the time I grow them out, I plan to have another baby. So I guess I will keep working on this goal for a decade before I get my hair exactly as I want it.

My hair is actually thin and very fine. It has a lot of volume due to long layers and a good diffuser. :)

You can also just post the link to the picture to avoid this problem.

There is a problem how to post the photo...
But - try to imagine - longer than the floorlength hair - folded - so I don't have to drag it behind me :)
Let loose only in special ocasions ;)

I want my hair to be like this:
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=zm7ZZ-96D8k

I saw this clip from the maury show where a lady hadnt cut her hair in 15 years, it looks so good because of the fairytale ends.I love how it wisps everytime she moves her head, and also a great colour. I want mine like this without the bangs, which is great because it means i don't have to trim the ends. WAHEY. However I am not too sure on my hair texture yet because the ends seem to be really curly however 3/4 of the rest of it seems to be turning straight, if it goes back to having more of a wave this hair would be my dream:

Let me know what you think, God Bless.

FYI don't worry about the sites i posted, despite them later chosing to cut off their long hair for a shorter look, There are no sightings of long hairs being cut on those videos, thankfully. haha
