I'm so excited! I measured my hair today and it's grown a full two inches since the last measurement!! I wish I had written down the exact date from the last time I measured.. but this I know:

Since May, my hair has grown 5.5 inches, and I did get a tiny trim back in September to get rid of some split ends. I think my signature says it all! I can't believe I haven't given in to cutting my hair :)

I keep telling myself how wonderful it will be to do all the beautiful up-do styles that I see around here, I'm so excited!

Maybe it's the transition from being so short - but I feel like my hair has REALLY come a long way! I can just now gather it all into a pony tail (more like a midget pony tail...). I still have to use a headband to keep it all in, but I'm very happy with it!

Thank you tina :) It's taken a while to recondition some sections. I used to chemically color my hair a lot, so there were some very unhappy sections. After getting rid of chemical coloring, and switching my shampoo system to non-SLS, my hair is much, MUCH happier.

Thanks for the encouragement! I feel like I'm coming toward the end of the "awkward phase," since I can FINALLY pull everything up into a quasi-pony tail!

Wow! Thank you girls so much! I really appreciate the encouragement, sometimes it's difficult to keep growing, ya know? I've been so used to short hair for so long.

I'm FINALLY getting out of the awkward "middle" stage, I can actually pull all my hair up into a ponytail now, and the "tail" actually looks like a tail instead of a nub. Haha.
