Miconazole - How exactly to use

Well I have heard so much great stuff about it that I am going to try it.

How exactly do I use it?? Just apply the cream directly to my scalp and massage - say before bed and then wash out in the morning??

How often should I try and use it??

Any extra tips would be great...

There are a lot of different ways to do this with the mn. I am putting a little bit on the tips of my fingers and applying to my scalp. I plan on doing this 3 times a week. Once a week, right before wash day I put a lot! of the stuff in. I have heard of diluting it and applying it to the scalp. Some women have put it on right after the shower; though I would recommend using the Monistat brand for that because it doesn't have mineral oil in it. Some women put it in just once a week. Some use the 4% solution. Though I don't think that it makes any difference! HTH
