Curls!!!!!

Ok, I can not BELIEVE I used to perm my hair!!! LOOK at this!!!! And this was just with scraps of rag, I can't until I jet some foam curlers!!!

Hahahaha woah! At least it hasn't gone dull and frizzy!

My hair WILL NOT curl - even if I use hairspray or gel or hotrollers or rags or ANYTHING and leave it on for 500 hours (slight exaggeration)

Thanks all, I'll pretty jazzed about them myself :D . I did an SMT just before bed and put them up damp. I took them down in the morning and finger combed. I did use a little hairspray since I was going on a date with my hubby in the afternoon and I wanted to make sure they stayed put, they held right until I washed them out tonight!!!

I don't know the link, but I just took strips of fabric (mental note, next time don't use a sock LOL I was picking little pits of fuzz out of my hair all day LOL) and wrapped small strands of my hair around them and tied the ends together. In the morning I untied the fabric and unwound the hair. I finger combed and voila! :D

I envy you! My hair does not hold curl, no matter what, not even permanent wave! What a delight, to be able to make that kind of curls on demand without seriously damaging your hair. :)

I was thrilled too!!! My perms never lasted long and just turned into a damaged frizzy yucky mess :(

Oh, wow, those curls look fantastic! How big were the sections of hair that you used? I've done rag curls with great success, but they don't last too long.

I know this is off topic but how did you post your curl pictures so they show up "in" the post and not an out side link? Is this an over 100 post privledge? I wanted to do this awhile back but could not figure it out... I assume its just an issue of not enough time as a member here...

I'm sorry for the continued Hijack :guns: of this thread. I've been trying to figure this out too. I want to embedd the pics, not just show a link to photobucket.

The segments were maybe a centimeter across, for the pics I just click the button that has 2 hills and the sun and add the URL of the pic.

Your curls look great! I used to be a permer too......then recently found out that I could do a spiral wrap on the wrap snap & go curlers! Fab that we can do this without causing damage, huh?

Used the "advanced" post option, select the button that looks like a mountain (the mouse over will say insert image) and paste the url in the pop up box.

I don't think it's a posting privilege related to post counts.
