I have bought two scalp massage brushes from ebay seller in UK.

The first one I do not know the name of, the second is a Denman.

I'll include pics that show their look an differences.

First one:
Soft, not pointy ends. Feels gentle but not good enough massage for me.
Pins/points are rather close to each other, causing an evenly distributed pressure.

Denman:
A little more pointy ends and harder plastic than the first one.
Feel very good on my scalp, more like the old schampoo brushes from the 70's, than the other one.
Pins/points has more space between them than the first one.
This gives my scalp a much more refreshing massage.

Price was the same from the seller I bought from. Shipping cost to Sweden (within EU) was very good.

I very much prefer the Denman, but people with thin hair, people with sensitive scalp or people that loves very gentle massage, should like the other one.

See pics below (and excuse my, as usual, bad English...).
