If they are not ignoring you back, yes.

I believe you will also continue to see the ignored's posts if they are quoted by a poster you are not ignoring.

Ugh; I had someone on ignore, and took said person off my list, now I can't seem to put them back on there, proxy server is not cooperating. :(
