It won't let me upload a picture!

I want to upload a picture to my album of monthly hair pictures and it won't let me :( I'm barely active here so can someone tell me what went wrong please? Also there is space in the album, I checked.

There's currently a problem with uploading pictures. Albums and profile pictures. We're aware of the problem, but have't been able to solve it.
