This is what my hair used to look like . Earlier, it looked thinner but much more sleeker and smoother. But now it feels like it's easily tangled, a bit rough looking and does not look like sleek and smooth.

Some pictures are the same because I don't have pictures taken of my hair a lot from the back or the side

Is my hair damaged now? Or changed texture?

It doesn't look damaged. I'd try a good chelating wash

Doesn't look damaged to me either. If you are sulfate-free, clarifying / chelating might help.

I think it looks beautiful to me the second photo just looks windblown but this very pretty

bubbles04, if you asking me your hair looks great, sometimes hair texture can change thats life.

I think it looks beautiful to me the second photo just looks windblown but this very pretty

I'm struggling with keeping it smooth and earlier it was easy but now it doesn't feel smooth at all

joico k pak clarifying shampoo is the best I've found. It clarifies and chelates

I’ve just seen that your location is London - did you move there or have you always lived there? London has hard water, that will make a big difference to how your hair feels. Clarifying and chelating, as you have discussed up thread, is definitely a good idea. I’m sure your hair will feel a lot better for it.

I second this, I love this clarifying shampoo it's on my holy grail list
