Amla yes you can either dry them out outside and then boil some pieces in coconut oil or dry them out and powder them and use as shampoo or you can powder them and mix with egg for a hair pack:D

Also you can use the juice of this and mix with some oil and then apply to the scalp before head bath cause Diamondbell say it is very sticky:silly:

I did an Amla treatment yesterday together with my sister. We used Amla powder, which we prepared like a henna treatment. The smell is pleasent at first (like incense) but on the hair it smelled like rotten fruit. Amla look like our goose berries but have different properties. My hair felt greasy after the treatment but after washing it with schampoo it looks great today. I´m not sure but my hennaed hair looks a little bit lighter to me. I also put the treatment on my face which was an instant success! It was deap cleansing and left the face radiant!

Amla i use powdered in my henna mix, and sometimes alone as a hair treatment, just mixed into a mud with water and saturate the hair. It tends to give my hair great body and shine, and restores some curl the henna takes away.

The Aloe I use directly in my hair as a leave in after washing and conditioning.

Soaking amla in water overnight then straining, mixing in some aloe gel then using as a final rinse might be nice. I'm thinking of trying that one myself.
Really you can do lots with them, like have been suggested :)

You see my sis-in-law takes out bottleguard juice everyday and with this vegetable she puts both of these in the blender and thats how she takes it. I'm thinking I too should follow the same procedure.
