One time I tried a cornstarch hair mask, but unlike I expected it was too drying (I had read that it is a great help against tangles which it probably also is, but some other way maybe).
Then I learned that you also can use cornstarch as dry shampoo. So now I also have been trying to make my ends healthy with oils. But sometimes I put oil too much or don't manage to rinse it all out, and then the hair looks greasy. So when this happened with me I decided to put cornstarch on top of my too oily hair (lengths and ends) (I brushed it strongly in with soft bbb brush) and it got amazing shiny! Really like some kind of keratin treatment or something. Seems to work for me and I hope this helps with tangles and prevents them. :)
