I think there may be another thread with this but I couldn't find it. I have been using this one and it's been really good.

I've used EWG before but I've heard they're pseudo-scientific and fear-mongering. Apparently they label some ingredients "dangerous" where there's not really any good scientific basis for it. I still use it sometimes to see what type of ingredient a certain ingredient is, e.g. surfactant, emollient etc. but have mainly moved over to INCIDecoder too.

Agree, I wanted to bring it up to point out the issues with it, since AFAIK it's a fairly well-known website

Is this a good one? I like that it just tells me what the ingredient does. That's all I really need.

Yes, I always use INCI Decoder whenever I want to look up certain ingredients (mainly their function). I think it's a very good website.
