I attempt to attach a pic . I want my hair to grow longer and stronger. It's quite fine . Any tips at all would be wonderful. xx

Welcome! You need to make 25 posts (I believe) before you have photo-posting permissions. If you read through some of the threads here, there is fantastic advice on hair care!

You need 25 for this site to host your files. But before (or even after) your 25, you can upload your image(s) to a hosting site like postimages.org and then paste the links here either as text urls or between image tags like this

mylongbeautifulhair.jpg

to display them inline.

ETA: Note that what goes between the image tags must be an actual image file (e.g. JPG) and not anything else like a webpage (HTML)
