Hello

I want to do highlights at home. Well actually more streaks, a few.
I currently use level 3 purple, basically dark plum/violet over my whole hair.

I want to bleach a few strands and put level 3 purple over it, so my regular dye.

I am wondering, will it be lighter than the rest of my hair? Because of bleach and all. Thanks:)

What's your current "level"? I mean color underneath the purple?

I would try it out on shed hair, to be honest...

I would recommend using a lighter brighter purple, or you would probably darken it all again. How much contrast are you after? If you want just subtle dimension it may work though. A strand test may be helpful.

Is your level 3 purple a permanent formula?

My natural hair is level 6.

And yes, purple is permanent formula. :)
