Show me your face framing layers!

So I'm on the verge of chopping my waist length hair. Maybe to around apl. But before I do this I want to try some face framing layers. I just wondered if they can be pulled off well on very long hair or if they're more suited to a shorter length?
Would anyone be kind enough to show me their face framing layer from the front on hair that is bsl or longer?!

Well, I don't show my face online but I test-Googled and there are a lot of photos available out there if there are others here like me :) They do work well, imho. I always have them. Good luck.
