How long did it take you from collarbone / shoulder length to APL / BSL?
Did you do anything special to make it grow faster?

From shoulder to APL maybe a year? The time will depend on how much length you're able to retain, general condition of hair, and how fast your hair naturally grows. Measure the distance between your own personal milestones and measure your hair growth rate for a few months, and you can estimate how long it will take you!

In terms of special things, I trimmed as little as possible, didn't heat style, didn't dye it. Nothing you can really do to make it grow faster (assuming you don't have known nutrient deficiencies), it's all about making sure it stays on your head :)

Welcome to the forum btw!

Thank you very much! I just measured that from my actual length to nipple length it's exactly 20 cm aka 8 inches. Assuming my hair grows at the average half inch per month, it'll take me 16 months with good care

Time and patience. Avoid heat, wear it up when you can, find products that work for your hair and scalp and don't cut it more than it needs. That's really about it.
