blog question

Sorry, another question.

I've been looking at the threads (obviously duh!) and sometimes folks say "take a look at my blog" and when I try, I'm denied access.

I figure this is because some blogs are private? I can see some though.

I havent been here long and quite understand that people dont want newbies nosing around their private stuff. I've been a member of forums before and I would always make mine private to friends, so that's not a problem :)

I just wondered if this is the case and it's not me being a dumb a$$.

Some blogs are set to "friends only". If you'd like to read someone's blog and can't, send them a friend request. Chances are they'll accept. :)

It doesn't come off as pushy, I promise. See, I sent you a friend request, not pushy at all ;)

Honestly, you can always just leave a note on someone's profile page or PM them first before sending the friend request, but most people won't think anything of it.
