Hair Journey Start Date:
April 16th 2017
Since 4/16/17 I have been:
Heat free (no flat iron, blow dryer. nothing)
Dye Free
Silicone and Sulfate free
Protective styles only
Cut and trim free other than S&D and a small (like 1cm) self trim April 2020
My Products/Routine:
Shampoo and Conditioner by Hairtage
100% pure Silk scrunchies by slip
Wooden hair sticks/jeterforks from various etsy shops.
Silk bandanas/hair wraps.
A 100% cotton hair towel/turben
A BASS bamboo wodden paddle brush for dry brushing
A wet brush for wet detangling.
Coconut oil for the tips of hair during dry seasons/protection from chemicals if swimming.
Silk Sleeping cap and silk pillow case
Factors that may affect my hair:
I spent most of 2019 Pregnant and most of 2020 dealing with pospartum shed/hairloss.
I take Biotin daily.
