So I missed it by about a week, I've been hiding under a rock in real life and online. :doh: But I always like these posts. I have a million billion pictures but I'll try to keep it brief.
I found the LHC after about a year without a trim, I had been growing my hair out and suddenly my lack of hair styling skills was a huge inconvenience. (My repertoire included wearing it loose or in a ponytail. And nothing else. I couldn't do a bun or a French braid or anything!) I came across the LHC and this was my first length photo:

I learned so many styles! One of my favorites:

But also started to believe that I could grow my hair "super long" as I learned about hair care and the science behind long hair. Just about everything I know I owe to the LHC!
Grew until almost tailbone (my original goal). Then I went crazy and cut it in 2013 (sorry about the photo quality):

Started growing it back out roughly a year later, after having it cut a bit shorter to even it out for growing:

Came down out of a bun without brushing but I thought it turned out okay anyway!
Thank you to everyone who's supported and taught me over the years, I may drift away sometimes but I think I'll always come back to the LHC. :) Happy growing to all.
