It’s been __ weeks/months/years since I did __ to my hair. (Hair Game)

I was going to put this in the hair polls section, but I figured it wouldn’t be all that inclusive.
As per the title of the thread, I figured it would be cool to put how long it’s been since we’ve done something rather memorable to our hair. Be it good or bad.

Ill start with:

•Its been 7 years since I tragically bleached my hair way too close to a prior relaxer service, which left me with less than 1 inch of hair.

•It’s been 1 year since I’ve switched to solely wearing braids as a long term protective style.

• It’s been two weeks since I’ve last straightened my hair.

All right....now it’s your turn guys.

• It's been 5 years since I've last used a flat iron
• It's been 4 years since I've had a big chop
• It's been 6 months since I've had a trim
• It's been 5 months since I've used heat on my hair
• It's been 3 weeks since I've last worn my hair down outside (and not just because of the quarantine lol)

It's been 2.5 years since my hair was last flat-ironed (by a hairdresser, I've never done it myself). [fall 2017]

It's been 12.5 months since I last fully bleached my roots. [19 March 2019]

It's been 7.5 months since I highlighted my roots. [12 August 2019]

It's also been 7.5 months since my hair was last blowdried by a hairdresser. [12 August 2019]

It's been 1 year and 9 months since I last blowdried my hair myself (I was in a hurry to leave for my grandmother's funeral). [late June 2018]

It's been 1 year and 3 months since my hair was at its longest. [December 2018]

It's been 13.5 years since my hair was at its shortest. [early 2006]

It's been 5 years since I discovered I have wavy hair. Never going back to treating it as straight hair ever again.

It's been 2 years and 3 months since I started actively growing my hair out the LHC way. Chopped quite a bit along the way to get rid of dye and chemical damage. Still have 3.5 inches to go until it's all virgin again.

It's also been 2 years and 3 months since trying and abandoning henna.

It's been 1 years and 9 months since my last emotional coping chop.

It's been 3 months since reaching APL, the longest my hair has ever been.

- Over 3 years since straightened all hair, closer to a year since straightened bangs (I just can't make it work)

I remember in dates. So September 2015, I reached classic length for the first time since I was 10 years old. I was 43 at the time. So that's almost 5 years ago. November 2016 (age 44), almost 4 years ago, I cut back to hip. And March 2018, that's 2 years ago (age 45 going on 46), I reached classic again. I have been classic ever since. :cheer:

It’s been at least 30 years since I last permed my hair. It did not work. I have very stubborn hair.
It’s been about 17 years since I last used a curling iron.
It’s been over 12 years since I highlighted my hair. My hair felt so horribly dried out I swore I’d never do it again and the breakage was very bad. My hair resisted it and it turned out badly.
It’s been over 1 year since I dyed my hair (Feb 2019). I tried to dye it red (6r), but it did not work, just a very faint tone of red in sunlight.
It’s been 7 months since I’ve been to a hairstylist. No cut, no trim, and no heat since then. I usually cut my own hair, but I have cubital tunnel syndrome and could not hold anything in my right hand for months at that point, I was desperate to be rid of the asymmetrical cut.

It's been 9 years since I stopped using henndigo and went back to conventional dyes.
It's been 2 months since I ordered henndigo to switch back to natural hair care, and have been back to researching like crazy.
It's been 4 weeks since I paid $200 to walk out of a salon unhappy with my hair color.
It's been 1 week since I tried to fix the color at home with conventional dye (wanted to go pink one last time before going dark).
It's been 1 week since I started testing henndigo on my hair "wookies".
