What is "Classic Length"?

Hi! I'm just getting started here, and I don't know the terminology for very many things. I have read about "classic length" hair a few times, but I don't know what that means exactly. Could someone clarify?

And if there are other useful terms that I should know, I would love to know about them--I would very much appreciate a link to a list or explanatory thread. :goodvibes:
