I'm sorry that I can't take a pic. I hope that my description will suffice.
Gather hair in pony at the center of your head and hold it with your left hand.
Place a hairstick beneath the pony, between your left hand and your scalp.
Rotate the hairstick 45 degrees, twisting hair as you go.
Insert the tip of the hairstick through the base of the pony.
Wrap remaining hair around the twisted hair, hiding the end under the edge.
Insert another hairstick for security.
Is that as clear as mud?
I know that I didn't invent this updo. I'm sure that I've seen a video somewhere.
The resulting bun looks really intricate, is comfy and secure.
