I think when I first started the curly girl method years ago I started with the curly girl handbook from Lorraine Massy. Its wonderful now that theres so much free information available on the internet now and I see more of a movement for curly/wavy friendly product lines and acceptance. 😊

I'm not a curly girl, but following the CG method helped me get rid of my severely itchy scalp (I think sulfates did that to me!). My hair is also so much softer and shinier now. :)
