abbreviation help

Hello ! Not sure if this should go here or somewhere else but having read the (admittedly decade old )no text talk guide lines, I see that abbreviations for hair treatments are infact currently culturally very popular here. I was wondering if a list of commonly used ones ( like you find in knitting books )could be made a sticky-ed near new start here. I can figure out some and have seen others before but I am finding some baffling.
