I was surprised at this article, I know a lot of us have taken biotin, so I thought I would share this here as a FYI.

So, on one hand, I agree some more tests need to be conducted about biotin supplements, especially people taking megadoses. Anecdotally, I have known at least two people who developed kidney issues while megadosing. Just because something is water soluble it doesn't mean that it's not going to affect your body at all.

On the other hand, my favourite part of the article is the traditional Canadian comment from somebody with a pot leaf avatar pivoting an unrelated article into a comment about marijuana.
