Ive been trying to grow my natural hair out (almost 3 months in) but ive been very interested in henna and indigo. If i end up doing it, I would like to ideally achieve a medium brown. Ive looked into the brand Ancient Sunrise which is body art quality. In the beginning of november I had some disastrous highlights put in my hair and following week I dyed it back to brown. There are no traces of blonde in my hair whatsoever, so I would be putting the henna/indigo on brown hair. Has anyone ever used the ancient sunrise brand before? They come in kits so it comes with a pre measured amount of henna to indigo ratio and its the 1 step process. Can anyone give me some advice/encouragement/warnings? Tell me everything you know about henna.
