Has anyone heard of or used Kallos products? They have a line of masks that are very affordable but I can't find ingredients ANYwhere.

Hungarian brand, apparently https://www.notino.co.uk/kallos/ maybe I should find out the Hungarian for ingredients and Google that instead

I used both the Latte and Placenta masks before. It’s very good quality stuff and extremely moisturizing. I wish it was cheaper in the US. Normally, I would pay $33 per jar when ordering it on amazon, but last year when I checked it went up to $45 a jar which is more than I’m willing to pay for a hair mask, lol.

That's crazy Rotten Mango, I would recommend not to buy that!!! It costs 2-3 euros in Europe for the big masks, the small placenta is 0.89e so under a dollar.

I use it, because it's extremely cheap. The ingredients are on Polish sites since it's a popular brand amongst longhairs and curlies. Most conditioners are coney , but Kallos Color is conefree. The ingredient list is very simple, like 20 items tops. Also most people don't use the conditioners but go straight for the mask, it's thicker and more slippery usually.

The only complaint I have is that they are a bit weak for my hair, after some time I need to use a richer, thicker conditioner. Plus over time the coney ones can build up and make my ends feel dry. But I've only experienced that when my hair was dyed, so maybe it wasn't buildup but lack of conditioning power.

Yikes, that's a scary price RottenMango  here it varies (they're not widely available) around £5-10 for the 1l tubs.

LadyCelestina thanks for the tip to look on Polish sites, and for saying about the colour one being cone-free. I probably first came across them looking for products with protein and am no longer searching, but it's still good to know for when/if ever I start to get through my conditioner stash. Maybe by then they'll be commonly available over here to and therefore maybe even cheaper

The protein ones are quite strong :D My hair is somewhat sensitive to excess protein, and it certainly did with Kallos. If you ever need a cheap protein product.
