I'm really interested in tea rinses iv tried searching on the forums but no luck.
If there is one please link me to it lol

I'm doing Water only method and iv heard tea rinses can be drying so might have to dc after but I use my natural oils for my conditioner
Any suggestions on how to use tea rinses when you don't really use products, I have a conditioning detangling spray that's completely water soluble but is that enough?

How do you use tea rinses?
Do you rinse them out completely or leave them on (final rinse)
Can you add them to a bath and mermaid soak? Help!!!!

You can use tea rinses in any way you want :) yes, different teas/herbs can be drying, but there are some that can be conditioning too.

Did you see the Henna/Herbal Recipes forum? https://forums.longhaircommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=21 it might be a bit of a pain going through each page to find the threads (I don't know why the search didn't work for you  ) but if you have specific herbs or teas in mind you can start by looking for those.

What do you want to achieve with the rinses? Knowing that will help members give you more specific advice :)

I actually am currently trying no poo using tea rinses. I use green tea, one to two tablespoons of fermented rice water (this time fermented in green tea and orange peels), and some acv. I have incredibly hard water so I use about a tablespoon of acv per wash to soften my water and give me slip. I need slip a lot because of my curly hair and acv is the only way I can get it.:) The green tea is good for hair growth because of the caffeine and panthenol which strengthens.https://www.hairbuddha.net/green-tea-for-hair/ this is a website that has all the info. Sorry I don't know how to make links lol. Hopes this helps.

Well I use catnip tea instead of conditioner every time I wash, and leave it in. It has helped with splits. There is a catnip tea thread somewhere....
