Technically close to apl?

I tried comb out my curls but it started to curl right back up...oh well.

That's a lot of progress for just over a year! Your curls look nice and bouncy on the ends, I bet they will look lovely at longer lengths too :o You look to be about APL stretched, or CBL if you count your milestones unstretched. :)
