Just for fun.
If you had Rapunzel's length of hair, lets say, 70 feet, how long do you think you'd keep it before cutting it? What length would you cut it?
After entering Guinness book of records I would probably cut it to a few feet beyond floor and sell the rest. I doubt my husband would bat an eye either way. He is so supportive. Lol.

Hmm I think it would be morw profitable on my head, so I would try to make the most of it? Appear on TV, youtube, instagram... I think that would make more money
But I don't think I'd enjoy the attention :/

That does sound better. I'd hire someone to help with washing.

As long as it took me to find a pair of scissors, and maybe knee for a minute just for fun, but then I'd go back to finger tip length.

I would cut it. Sell it. It might be true that it would make more money on my head, making appearances and stuff, but I'm not a person who likes attention.
Anyway, I will NEVER want my hair longer than 60-70", LHC-itis BE DARNED! :haha:

I'd probably keep it all until it got tangled and the cut to ankle length. I wouldn't want to deal with detangling that much hair. I'd probably be pleased with the cut because it would likely give me much thicker and nicer ends than I've currently got.

I'd eventually trim back to classic (and sell). But before that I'd take out an insurance policy on it, go on TV, and monetize a Youtube channel. Maybe that sounds money hungry, but maintaining that much hair would be a full time job AND use up a lot of products. I might even have to hire someone to help me with it. 70 inches is a lot of work; I can't imagine 70 feet.

Edited to add -- product sponsorships. I'd take all the product sponsorships.

I would inmediately cut it to ankle, to see how it feels.. and then I'd cut until I find the lenght I'm comfortable with, classic... or FTL may be?

Dunno if I'd sell or donate to a cancer ong. May be both. Both is good.

I'd cut it to just above floor length and sell it to the highest bidder, and then I'll exploit the heck out of the rest of it online, on tv appearances and touring around the country giving hair advice to people. Maybe I'd even record the cutting process and get like a billion views on youtube (monetized, of course). When I'd earned enough, I'd cut it to classic or tailbone, again, sell the cut part for a big bag of money, and retire. Yep, I'm very materialistic :bluebiggr

First I will cut it to mid calves and sell it for the highest bidder, then I will open a Youtube channel where I can finally share my love for braids with everybody and hopefully can teach them how to do some fantastic hairstyles too :) I would take care of it every single day like it's a flower petal and I will wear a different braid for everyday since now I have enough hair to do whatever hairstyles I wanted to do :) At least that is what I'm thinking right now, I dont think that I would want to be famous because of my hair, I would just let it be natural, what comes will come haha :))))

Hahaha this thread makes me feel better about wanting to make money off of it! But like.... why not, right? I (hypothetically) grew it!

Do we get Repunzel's supernatural strength and pain tolerance too? Because if it wasn't painful that would change things

Haha. Since this is fun I'd say yes. Anyone else agree? With all the brushing and braiding, supernatural strength should definitely be included. With that amount of hair, you would probably have pain tolerance and patience of a saint.

I already hate all the long hair sheds I get constantly almost to the point of nausea....simply would hate that kind of sheds. So it would have to be a miracle to wake up with that length of hair.

Hmm, I think it depends. Since it's Rapunzel's hair, is it magic and doesn't tangle or get splits? If so, I'd try it out for a month or so. I'd do lots of fun styles and what not. But, I would likely cut it after that. (Maybe sooner)
