I want to start a poll. I think, if people saw other people's answers to these questions, their own answers would change:

1. Do you have grey hair?

Yes.

2. What materials are your combs &/or brushes made of?

I have a bone wide toothed comb by Madora, and an el - cheapo plastic comb.


3. Do you use a. combs, b. brushes, c. both, d. neither?

I mostly use my combs, but once a week or so I will use a Boar Bristle Brush (very, very soft gentle bristles, almost like a baby hairbrush).


4. How do you use them?

The wise toothed comb is used for detangling and the other comb for doing updoes. The brush is just used fot polishing the hair and general smoothing, not for detangling.
5. What is your hair type?

I have thick hair but the texture is fine.

6. Do you find that your comb/brush technique is good for your hair?

Yes, my hair seems to like it.

7. How so?

I have no split ends, even at past-knee length.

I have mostly grey hair, my hair type is a mixture of 3a to 3c (so I split the difference and call it 3b). I don't use brushes or combs at all, which is why I haven't answered the individual questions.

I just have a sprinkling of white hairs throughout my hair, barely 3% so I'm out of this poll, I guess. :o

I don't even understand this thread let alone the poll. Why have a poll for grey hair and brushes one uses?
