I know people who rinse out their acv and some don't and both ways works just fine.It will not ruin your hair at all.Good luck with finding out what works best for you/Carina.

Yeah, you can go either way. It's not damaging to leave it in; the smell is a little stronger, but will go away once your hair dries.

well its still damp but it does look really shinny. Ive always washed out before but thought id leave it and see what happens, im pleased with the results!

I think that it does enhance the curl a bit. I stopped ACV rinse while LHC was down, and my hair was worse off.

I use ACV and I sometimes rinse it out and sometimes not. I haven't noticed that it makes much of a difference for me as to how wavy it makes my hair when I leave it in. I do think that it's good for my hair to leave it in, as it helps restore the natural acid mantle of my hair/skin that is upset by using shampoo or other cleansers. My hair does like the ACV!

Personally i didnt see any benifit of leavin it in, only the detriment that my hair had a vinigar whiff to it. I prefer to rinse it out for 30 seconds or less.

Hi jojo!
I normally use regular vinegar but I recently bought ACV and will try that for the first time tomorrow.
With regular vinegar, I always rinsed mine.
